Tea Room is "Emily's Tea Room Ltd"

The Client is the Person/s booking the Party

All parties must be paid for in full by the Client at the point of booking.

A booking is not confirmed until the party has been paid for in full and receipted by the Tea Room.

The Tea Room reserves the right to withhold part or all of, any payment received if cancelled in part or in full by the Client if less than 14 days to the date of the party.

If some (or all) of the Clients guests fail to attend on the day, NO refund will be made.

All parties are based on a two hour sitting unless otherwise stated.
8 We politely ask, the client ensures their guests arrive on time.
9 The Policy for Children in the Tea Room remains the same for Party Bookings

All copy on this site remains the Intellectual property of its owners and is protected by copyright &/or trademark laws.
Gift Vouchers: Terms & Conditions of use.
1

Gift Vouchers have an expiry date of 3 months from date of voucher issue.
2 Change is not given on purchases which cost less than the value of the Gift Voucher presented.
3 Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
4 Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
5 No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers.
6 Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers shall not be refunded.
7 Emily's Tea Room Gift Vouchers may only be used at the Emily's Tea Room.
8 Emily's Tea  Room Ltd reserves the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
9 When using a Voucher, it must be presented to the owner prior to placing an order
10 The Tea Room Policy for Reservations & Children apply to the use of all Vouchers.   See "Opening Times" and "FAQ" pages
11 We are a licensed Tea Room, age restrictions will apply due to UK Alcohol Licensing Laws.
12 Emily's Tea Room Ltd reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions
